Zeb Early is the Senior Vice President, Merchandising for The Save Mart Companies. Reporting to Jim Perkins, President & Chief Executive Officer, Zeb oversees all aspects of Fresh and Center Store merchandising. In his role, he is focused on driving merchandising transformation, strengthening category planning, and growing The Save Mart Companies' market share across its portfolio of banners.

Zeb has built a distinguished career in the retail industry, joining the Company in 2003. Over his first decade, he advanced from grocery clerk to store manager and category merchant before being named Senior Director of Center Store for FoodMaxx in 2013. In 2017, he was promoted to Vice President of Grocery, and his continued success in driving sales and profitability led to his appointment as Vice President, Store Operations – FoodMaxx in 2024, followed by Group Vice President, Center Store in 2025. Zeb is an accomplished leader with more than 22 years of experience across store operations and merchandising, bringing a deep understanding of the business and a proven track record of results to his new role.
