After months of hard work and dedication, Save Mart celebrated the grand re-opening of the newly renovated Angles Camp store, located on 260 S. Main Street, with local organizations and local civic leaders.

Save Mart reinforced it’s commitment to the Angles Camp  community by awarding Mark Twain Elementary School, The Resource Connection Food Bank, Habitat for Humanity Calaveras and the Calaveras Humane Society with a $500 community donation to each organization.

Mark Twin Elementary is Save Mart’s adopted school through The Save Mart Companies’ Adopt-A-School Program. Throughout the year, the store supports the school with food, books and resources, bringing their commitment to ‘Nourishing Communities’ in full circle.

The Resource Connection Food Bank has faithfully served thousands of families and individuals of to the heart of California’s Gold County. The organization received a $500 donation that will go towards supporting the food bank’s community services and programs.

In addition, Habitat for Humanity Calaveras is committed to building and repairing homes for families in need, helping revitalized neighborhoods into vibrant, safe and inviting places for current and future residents. Their $500 community donation will go towards supporting programs.

Lastly, the Calaveras Humane Society aims to promote an excellent quality of life for the animals of Calaveras County. The $500 donation will go towards the organization’s numerous programs and services.
