Angels Camp Save Mart, located on Main Street, helped collect over $6,300 of customer donations for the local food bank, the Resource Connection Food Bank, as part of the grocer’s annual Give.Share.Care! holiday campaign.
Give.Share.Care! is The Save Mart Companies’ annual holiday giving campaign. All Save Mart, FoodMaxx and Lucky stores participated in this year’s campaign to help boost donations to local food banks during the holiday season. At checkout, customers were offered a $2, $3 or $5 coupon options that were then added to their grocery bills- 100% of all donations went directly to local food banks.
This year, our customers helped donate over $305,000 to our local food banks.
