Now offering delivery from 21 store locations in as fast as an hour

 

May 1, 2019 – Instacart, a North American leader in online groceries, and Lucky Supermarkets have announced a new partnership, adding same-day delivery services from 21 stores across the San Francisco Bay Area as of April 10th.

Customers will shop online at the same prices available in stores and can add their Lucky You Rewards number to earn points every time they shop via Instacart. Same day delivery is now available to Lucky and Lucky California shoppers in San Francisco and surrounding areas including Castro Valley, Concord, Danville, Dublin, El Cerrito, Foster City, Livermore, Millbrae, Milpitas, Pleasanton, Redwood City, San Bruno, San Carlos, San Jose, San Ramon, Sunnyvale and Vacaville. More locations will come online later this year.

Lucky and Lucky California shoppers across the Bay Area can go online to https://www.instacart.com/store/lucky-supermarkets or open the Instacart app on their mobile device, select their city and store, and then begin adding groceries to their Instacart grocery cart at same as in-store prices. Customers can then choose a delivery window within one hour or up to five days in advance before checking out. An Instacart personal shopper will pick, pack and deliver the order to the customer in the designated time frame.

 

For orders of $35 or more, the delivery fee is just $3.99. With an Instacart Express membership for $9.99/month or an annual fee of $99, customers get unlimited, free delivery on all orders over $35. First-time customers of Lucky Supermarkets on Instacart can enter the code Lucky20 at checkout for $20 off their first order of $35 or more.
