Bakersfield Save Mart, located on Hageman Rd, delivered a special treat to Patriot Elementary School teachers.
Assistant store manager Jess Flowers delivered an assortment of fresh fruit, cookies and other pastries to the teachers, welcoming them to back to another academic school year.
Patriot Elementary School is Save Mart’s adopted school. Through the Adopt-A-School program, Save Mart stores adopt neighboring elementary schools in their community. Throughout the year, stores support their adopted schools with food, books and other resources, bringing their commitment to ‘Nourishing Communities’ in full circle.
