To reinforce Save Mart’s commitment to the community, Maple Creek Elementary School received a $500 donation in celebration of the grand re-openings of four newly renovated Save Mart stores in Fresno and Clovis!
As a thank you, the Maple Creek cheer squad performed at the grand re-opening ribbon cutting ceremony and enjoyed delicious chocolate cupcakes- courtesy of the Save Mart bakery department!
Donation will be used to enhance school programs.
Maple Creek is a valued Shares powered by eScrip program member. This program is The Save Mart Companies’ charitable giving program that donates up to 3% of profits to local schools and nonprofits. All year long, stores donate up to 3% of its profits to several local schools and charities through the program. Shoppers who sign up can designate which non-profits will receive monthly donations. Maple Creek was also chosen as Save Mart’s adopted school through The Save Mart Companies Adopt-A-School Program. This program allows stores to adopt a school every year that entitles them to things like teacher treats and donated books
