Jackson Save Mart store manager Phil Vigil was honored at the Kiwanis Club of Amador County’s annual Scholarship and Awards Breakfast. Phil was awarded the Community Service Award in recognition of his service to the community.
The Kiwanis Club of Amador County has served Amador County for more than a century. Kiwanis has created opportunities for children to be curious, safe and healthy regardless of the community in which they live.
