Northern Nevada’s public television station, KNPB-TV, is always looking for help during its pledge drives. After all, donations are what keep the shows on the air there. Save Mart Store Managers from Reno, Sparks and Carson City volunteered a 2-hour shift earlier this month to answer phones from donors.

John took a call from someone who pledged $100 a month for one year! In all, the team took in $ 2,200. Todd did a great job promoting how much Save Mart supports their communities. The Save Mart Companies C.A.R.E.S. Foundation also supports the TV station’s after school reading program called “Martha Speaks.”
