Employees of Store 376 in Madera rocked the fourth annual Second Wind 5K on Saturday. Participants paid a $25 entry fee and walked, strolled or ran the course. The event raised over $4,000 for the Madera Rescue Mission and the Madera Food Bank. The Rescue Mission served more 51,000 meals in 2016; the food bank distributes 100,000 pounds of food each month. Second Wind is a great way for the community to come together to help fight hunger.
