I acknowledge that the use of my mobile device or any other electronic devices to access The Save Mart Companies’ (the “Company”) electronic system and corresponding applications (“System”): (1) is for my own benefit; (2) is entirely voluntary; (3) is not required by the Company to perform the duties of my position; and (4) does not constitute work time for which the Company is required to compensate me. I further acknowledge that standard data rates charged by my mobile device provider may apply to my access and use of the System, and that the Company is not responsible for any such charges.
